Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and uninstalled, in its original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at kellyservicent@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a product defect, damage, or incorrect item received, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label.
  • If the return is for any other reason (e.g., ordered by mistake, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages, Defects & Wrong Items Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at kellyservicent@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Installed Chains If your chain has already been installed and used but you are experiencing issues, we do not require a return. Please contact us directly at kellyservicenet@gmail.com and we will arrange a replacement for you.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Chains that have been installed, used, or show signs of wear
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges If you need a different size or specification, please contact us at kellyservicenet@gmail.com. The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be unused, uninstalled, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at kellyservicenet@gmail.com.
