The Meckorn 16 Inch Chainsaw Chain features a 3/8" low profile pitch, .050" gauge, 59 drive links and semi-chisel cutters. Designed as a replacement chain for compatible Homelite 16-inch chainsaws using the same chain configuration, it provides smooth, controlled cutting performance for firewood cutting, pruning and everyday property maintenance.
Fits select Homelite 150, 250, 290 and 340 chainsaws only when equipped with a 16-inch, 3/8" LP, .050" gauge and 59-drive-link cutting system.
Important: Homelite models may use different chains depending on the bar and cutting setup. Before ordering, check the markings on your existing guide bar or chain and confirm 3/8" LP pitch + .050" gauge + 59 drive links. Do not order based on model number or 16-inch bar length alone.

Designed for select Homelite 150, 250, 290 and 340 chainsaws equipped with a matching 16", 3/8" LP, .050", 59DL cutting system.
【3/8" LP .050" 59DL Configuration】
Features 3/8" low profile pitch, .050" gauge and 59 drive links. All three chain specifications must match your existing chain.
【Semi-Chisel Cutters】
Semi-chisel cutters provide smooth and controlled cutting performance with dependable durability for firewood, pruning and general property maintenance.
【16 Inch Replacement Chain】

【Check Before Ordering】
Some Homelite 150, 250, 290 and 340 configurations are associated with standard 3/8" pitch chains rather than 3/8" LP. Please check your original chain carefully and order this product only if it is marked 3/8" LP, .050" and 59DL.

These chains work great in my Milwaukee Pole saw. The chains are identical to the OEM chain and their configuration and specs meet that of the Milwaukee owners manual for chains. In the pics, the all black chain is the Milwaukee OEM and the chain with the brighter links is the Meckorn chain. This box had four individually wrapped chains.
The Meckorn chain upon test had little to no kickback and I intentionally tried to induce it. The chain throws a long chip and cuts relatively fast. I was using a fully charged battery on 1 inch material. The Meckorn package instructs on file diameter and pitch for the users information. I file my own chains.
My local shop charges $10 to sharpen a chain. You can buy 4 of these for $15. So it is a no-brainer on that one. I would continue to file mine until I couldn't, and then replace them.
I'm not a professional logger or tree service. I just use the saw on my own acreage at my convienience.
Fit my 395xp just fine. Actually has a grease hole on the roller to be able to maintain the grease in the tip of the bar. Chain was good, not great, but good. Especially for the price.
I have pushed them hard and they work well. I will buy again.
These were very good quality. I bought others for a different chainsaw (not a Stihl) that were nowhere near as good. I was very happy with these.
Great chains so far for the price, they are staying sharper longer than the ones that came with the saw and their replacement blades.
